fm() shows now the correct file size.
But mp3 still is not playing. I found: after the start of an mp3 I navigate to /sd and press continuously the Enter key. Then it switches between /sd and ../ real fast but plays the song like in normal speed. Hope it helps..

Edit: play("song.mp3") works perfect from repl (console, what is correct phrasing?)

Edit2: if I start the song with fm() and then exit with Ctrl-c playback starts playing
