Please try to make your web links clickable. If you use the web link tool, just paste it in there twice, and it works. I wish they could fix that tool. https://www.thebackshed.com/forum/ViewTopic.php?FID=16&TID=17301 |

Hi Plasma, Would you be able to post one to UK, don't think there is any duty, especially if you send it maked as a gift. If UK is ok, then please can I also be added to your order list. Regards, Kevin. |

As per my post on the main thread, please don't order until I post revised gerbers which will fix a silkscreen error and change the audio inductors to one in stock |

@Bleep How many do you want? Would it be better for someone in the UK to get, say, 5 made? That's about £70 at the moment, I think. Mine is excessively cool though... :) Edited 2024-09-29 21:55 by Mixtel90 Mick Zilog Inside! nascom.info for Nascom & Gemini Preliminary MMBasic docs & my PCB designs |

@Plasma This could also apply to shipments from China to the EU. (IMHO there is a €150 limit including shipping). But I have no experience other than my purchases from Al*express. I just mean that you should be careful and that you may have to split larger orders to avoid unpleasant surprises. causality ≠ correlation ≠ coincidence |

Just the one, hopefully the declaired value won't be more than £39, and as long at Plasma doesn't mind an appropriate 'donation' I really don't think HMRC are going to worry. Regards Kevin. |

JLCPCB sort out taxes etc. at their end so that's almost certainly ok. It's the same with AliExpress. Both are aware of international shipping regulations. The difficulty may lie in buying from China (and elsewhere) via ebay (in particular) or Amazon - especially if the seller says the item will be marked as a gift. Yes, that is what I was referring to. If you paste into the field it will not work the first time then you can click the field again and paste again at least when I do it. |
