There are a bunch of new batteries for sale at Essendon airport auctions in melbourne. I dont really have a use for them, but am interested to know what they are worth.

What would they be worth, and are they adaptable to storing power from my F&P windmill that I am (slowly) building?

Hi patrat,

I paid retail $20 each for similar batteries at a recycler. Is the datestamp 2003, or 2008?

Are you able to load test? Value will be affected by low voltages.

Individual 2V cells would be better for RE system.

These would appear to have been well treated. Are you sure they are new? I would not bid unless I had access to some hands on testing though.

They are definitely new, in boxes.
