Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Just a Q..

Anyone remember if a 48v version of a wind/solar regulator is/was discussed here or elsewhere on the forum ?pls.

I've shifted to 48v and apart from the main contoller, I'd like to build a second diy'er to control a second wind/solar installation .

Thanks

Bruce

I've got a couple of well made rack mount STC 48V to 24V DC/DC 14A converters in my shed that might be useful to someone. I tested them a while back and they worked ok. Also a matching -24/-24 converter which I can't really see the point of.

Model No 409-SU-14A

I was tempted to make a 48V system but never got around to it.
