Hello Joe. I think I've seen you on Fieldlines. Welcome aboard. Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |

Hello Glenn, I was searching google and found your site. I have lots of stuff and have been working( sort of like work) for years on R.E. I am also on Fieldlines. Joe "Failure is an option." |

This is my wxyz machine I am also working on a new set of windmill blades. Laminated strips of fir together and now I am cutting and sanding. Just plain having fun. Joe. "Failure is an option." |

Greetings Joe (say hello to the pump worm for me) Have not had such a good giggle in years. It seems you are a man of many talents, And the WXYZ machine fascinates me. More input required about this box of tricks otherwise I will be forced to launch my patented worm deflating missile from an under ground bunker some where in South Australia. Looking forward to your reply. Whirly. I am because I am.I am not always right but often I am. |

This is a machine slide that I have developed over the last few years. It is made of 38mm poly chain guide. The nylon thread bushings are 52mm in length 25mm in diameter and taped with square acme thread 10 per inch. After several years of steady operation in all kinds of machines. I have found nothing that will out last this design. The stuff wears like a pigs nose. Joe. "Failure is an option." |

Hey Joe. How do you find the poly goes with drag or slop? I'm considering building a new router, and looking at alternatives to the roller bearings I used as rail runners. Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |

Hi all and yes im new here. Can anyone advise me what are some of the maximums they have acieved from the smart drive units? I need to get something like 2000v 60A so any suggestions would be most welcome. Can I do this by parralleling or series 2 or 4 units? |

Yep me again. Forget that question may be a bit tough. Kiwijohn I live in NZ any chance you can contact me as I am looking for electrical input into a magnetic motor I am building. I have no problem with the engineering side of things but am deficient on the electrical. My device works quite well and get continuous running at 400rpm at present but am playing about with the coils to induce more power in the pulsing action which should generate more torque and more revs. I can mount smart drive units to the shaft but need to be able to produce more power for what I eventually will need. If you are interested in helping please let me know. |

2000V! at 60A! Thats 120kilowatts! You would need a crap load of smart drives to get that sort of output! Even then it would be a pretty bad and inefficient design unless you had them all operating off one massive prop. When i say a crap load i mean a crap load. When the smartdrives are standard wiring formation, they produce anything between 0-300V or more even and this is at a couple of amps only. Why do you need such power? |

Yep lots power. Have any of you optimised the best copper wire dia (16g 18g) which is best suited for coils? Have any of you built a wheel of coils and rotated through a magnetic field? |

Hi Landor, did I read you right, that you have made a motor that runs at 400rpm using magnets only? |

Yes although I am now using a 12v battery to start it turning and pulse using electromagnets because it gives me better control. Once turning I can then switch off the battery and tap into power produced to keep it running. where abouts are you in NZ. I am in Auckland and need to get someone with more electrical knowledged involved with what I am doing. |

Unfortunately I am a long way from Auckland. However if you have really built a magnetic motor that works you should be very careful who you talk to about it. There are many people who would like to have the design of such a thing, just my advice. |

No worries most don't believe it is possible so they think im a crank anyway Anyway Modern technology makes things accessable so if you were interested we may be able to do something. |
No worries most don't believe it is possible so they think im a crank anyway
Are you the same colin of "coral castle" fame? If this is what I think it is, I'd dearly love to get hold of one. I'm off-grid due to a mean-spirited neighbour who won't let power lines come across his land. I reckon something capable of 500W continuous would do me. Anything more would be a bonus, but less would still make a useful contribution. (eg, 100W x 24 hours would make 20% of my needs). I'm in Australia though.... :( |

Hi Rossw. Yes it is I. Damm busted again Should be able to provide you a unit that will give you a lot more than what you are asking for. 2000w shouldnt be a problem. Just experimenting with some new coils, yet to see what that will do. We could also hook to an alternator which would give even more. Bad neighbour hope he gets all the snakes |

Sounds like a perpetual motion machine to me. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perpetual_motion I'll close this thread, getting a bit off subject. Feel free to start a new thread on these free energy devices if you like. Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |
