I was just wondering if you guys as a whole would be interested in 3D parts for DEX. Attached is a screenshot of some parts I created from actual measurements. I'll be adding colour making the part in DEX so they have a footprint during the coming week. Currently I have: DB9-F DB9-M ETHERNET-STRAIGHT-NO-LED PS-2-F (I'll be making a purple/black/green variants) VGA-F (short) I'll be adding DB-25 shortly (I've got to order the part today) and compact flash. And I'd like to add solder versions of the DB's above. I was wondering if anyone had specific parts they wanted created and if I've got that part I'll do it other wise you could send me the part (I'm in OZ) and I'll model it. I suppose a PDF will do too if there is enough info. All the parts I've made are for a project I want to make and and I thought I should share the results. And, I'd like to help DEX along to have a better library for my needs (and you guys).  Any questions, flames, threats & love letter are welcome. |

Hi Heyden, All 3D parts you can share are welcome additions. I already have a couple of parts in 3D for the PS2, DB25F and HD15F. Here are my main parts zipped up.. Those 3 are in the Connectors folder. NOTE I havent really organised these properly and most parts should be fairly accurate but of course check before you commit to a PCB.
