I *think* I've found most of the changes since the last manual. If not then there's probably enough here to remind you. MMBasic catchup.pdf Mick Zilog Inside! nascom.info for Nascom & Gemini Preliminary MMBasic docs & my PCB designs |

Cheers Mick Just wondering; Lots of VGA monitors with touchscreen via USB. I wonder if they will work and can we turn-off the mouse pointer? |

Buy one and tell us. :) Absolutely no idea whatsoever, Incidentally, video Mode 3 appears to be 640x480x4 bits - not 640x3200x4 bits. Mick Zilog Inside! nascom.info for Nascom & Gemini Preliminary MMBasic docs & my PCB designs |

Yeah, already have one. Just don't have a PicoMite with USB yet. |

I can understand how that would slow you down a bit. :) *If* the touchscreen controller emulates a mouse then you are in business. If it emulates a tablet then probably not. I'm afraid you won't know until you try it. ------------------- I just found the manual for this monitor. I doubt very much if the touchscreen could be made to work on a Pico at all. It requires a USB driver to be loaded into Windows. If it was emulating a mouse then that wouldn't be needed. It also has RS232 and I have the protocol for my QuickBasic DOS system. I'll just stick an RS232 module on the PicoMite instead. |
