Hi - do any member have five of those SMD headphone sockets for the CMM2? I only need five, as I will be on-selling the all-in-one design from that point on. I ordered some from element14 back on the 1st of May, but they still have not turned up, despite the order saying 7-10 working days. When I rang them, they told me there is some kind of delay from the factory end of things, and it will be about the 27th of JULY before I can get them. WTF?! I can't wait that long, as I have the last of the G2 boards waiting to be shipped, except for the damn headphone socket. Does anyone here have five that they could sell to me please? Is that the 35RASMT4BHNTRX? RS(AU), element14(US), Mouser(AU) and DigiKey(AU) all say they have stacks of them. Bill Keep safe. Live long and prosper. |

Yes, and element14 say several hundred - with 7-10 days shipping time, but when I called them up about it, it is really two months waiting time. I will try Mouser or DigiKey, if no-one here has any spare. I only want five! Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

Just had a look at Mouser, and while they DO list 10,000 stock, the fine-print says not until AUGUST. The alternative on the line below, is "Restricted availability" and "Obsolete". Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |

Grogster, Sorry, I sold all of mine to some chap in NZ. I have meant to check this but I think the 3 and 4 pin versions are compatible. Only 3 pins are used on the connector. Mick . Mick's uMite Stuff can be found >>> HERE (Kindly hosted by Dontronics) <<< |

I wonder who that chap in NZ was? I have ordered some and have already got the confirmation that they have shipped, so I should be OK in a week or so. Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops! |
