I have for sale a PicoMite VGA design 2 that I recently built. It comes with a Real Time Clock, all the headers, and a Micro SD card with PETSCII Robots installed. It is fully functional, but I'm not a programmer, and will never get the use out of it that it deserves. I built it because I really enjoy building things. I also have four bare PCBs that I will include if the buyer wants them. I would like to get $50, which includes Priority shipping to anywhere in the contiguous USA. I accept PayPal. I'm not sure how sales are handled in this forum. In another forum of which I'm a member, an interested party posts an "I'll take It", followed by a private message. If there are different rules here, please advise. Thanks for looking. Edited 2024-01-16 07:28 by Colin Ames Colin Ames |

Hi Justplayin, This is a good board. I used it for development for over 1 year. One thing to be carefull about is: the 40 pin connector that gives access to the IO pins (the right angle connector) has a strange order of pins (compared to the PICO itself). I glued a sticker on my board/housing explaning the pinout to myself, so I would not get confused. A later revision of the board (V1.7) has a different pinout. I see thatthe linear regulator is installed (including heatsink). That being the case, the jumper "3V3_SEL" must be used (it is not connected in the photo). Thanks, those are good things to know. I will have to see if I can find the message threads and do a little catch up reading. --Curtis I am not a Mad Scientist... It makes me happy inventing new ways to take over the world!! |
