The links seems to be down... But the only benefit for mp3 is that it is much smaller. I am happy with wav playback because 32GB of SD Card is huge.. Okay if you want to build some music player it will be hard with wav I guess... Edit: + give Peter a break! I don't know how he even doing all this magic in such a short time. That isn't decent quality mp3 and is incompatible with the mp3 files you have stored. The processor isn't powerful enough to do 44100Hz MP3 let alone anything faster |

Addtional complication is the sample rate conversion. MP3 can be 8kHz....48kHz. That is find for direct writing to a DAC. Picomite has a PWMat 44.1kHz. Conversion of rates is definitely a nasty task... PicomiteVGA PETSCII ROBOTS |
