Wish all a Merry Xmass. Lovely clear morn in NQ, 17.1 deg C. The calm before the monsoon trough heads down. Trust the NT top end and Kimberly`s are safe.
Must away and check out the tree. We come from the land downunder.

Just maidened my Chrisie present. Got it a few weeks back, set it up and had first flight just now. A new rc transmitter with telemetry and voice. Bloody magic to know exactly when your in a thermal, altitude, time etc announced at whatever frequency you wish, no need to look down at a screen. Even keeps the grandkids out of mischief for a bit.
I love technology and the price China gives it to us. Has been available for many years but the price was too steep. Along comes a Chinese Company known for their telemetry products, couple their product with open source software and voila, affordable, expandable and fully configurable transmitter, receiver and sensors.
Fortunately Santa dropped it off before Pete got him. Edited by norcold 2013-12-26 We come from the land downunder.
