I've been very worried last week. Ilda,my brasilian wife got robbed while coming back from visiting her 102 year old Mum. She is OK , but lost all documents .
Hoping she can get back to home around week or so -things are so hard to organise over there.
so, I thought I'd let you that know Ilda the news.

People don't realize but for most of us the most valuable item in our homes to a thief is our passports. There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't. |

Thank you both .
Ilda is back home and not going anywhere fast, lol.
It was a drama ,costly, time consuming and not knowing what and when the different departments were doing was the frightening bit.
But,she was not assuaged ,so we are thankful for that ..
Thanks for your kind thoughts..

I just learnt a new word.
verb (used with object), assuaged, assuaging. 1. to make milder or less severe; relieve; ease; mitigate: to assuage one's grief; to assuage one's pain. 2. to appease; satisfy; allay; relieve: to assuage one's hunger. 3. to soothe, calm, or mollify: to assuage his fears; to assuage her anger. There are only 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't. |

It was late .
I should have checked, I meant assaulted -you know bashed up , chopped to pieces, thrown under a passing truck , mauled by a lion, nailed to a telegraph pole ,,all of them nasty things that happen when you don,t have a gun .
I'll try better next time , .
thanks anyhow
