Hello,
I have recently found a deal on 6x6 polly cells. They are guaranteed to be at least 3.94 watts each, they come in packs of 40 + 5 extra. This would give me a 160 watt panel if soldered in series.
My question is... In the future i plan on building quite a few of these... as my wallet dictates. What is the best way to wire the panels together?
Should i do it in series, or parallel?
Is one way better for battery charging? Is one way better for grid tie?
Im new to this and would appreciate some input from some of you guys that have much more experience then myself.

Thanks,

Steve.B
